1. Overview & Commitment
TinyTransit (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides rental fleet management, automated order ingestion, and delivery logistics software. We understand that your client lists, order histories, and equipment data are critical proprietary assets. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your business or customer data.
2. Ingestion Data & Payload Handling
When you forward booking notification emails or send webhook payloads to TinyTransit, our parsing engine extracts key parameters (customer name, delivery address, rental dates, and line items). Raw notification payloads are ephemeral and automatically purged after parsing to prevent log bloat and minimize data exposure.
3. Channel Isolation & Multi-Tenancy
Each operator workspace is partitioned using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS). Your storefront customer data is never combined with partner network data or accessible by other operators on the platform.
4. Analytics & Cookies
We utilize Google Analytics 4 to understand website interaction and beta application conversion rates. We provide a cookie consent banner on your first visit, and analytics scripts are only executed if consent is granted.
5. Contact & Data Rights
