Terms of Service (Private Beta)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying for or accessing the TinyTransit platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are participating in the Private Beta program, additional beta participant terms apply.
2. Private Beta Program
The Service is currently in active Private Beta. Features, APIs, and interfaces may evolve rapidly. We strive for 99.9% uptime, but features are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis during the beta period. Beta participants receive complimentary platform access in exchange for product feedback and bug reporting.
3. Operator Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, verifying the physical safety of your equipment fleet, and ensuring compliance with local transport and rental regulations. TinyTransit provides workflow automation tools and is not a party to rental agreements between you and your end customers.
4. Intellectual Property
TinyTransit retains all intellectual property rights in the software, algorithms, and design system. You retain all ownership and title to your uploaded inventory data, customer records, and fleet assets.
